What We Offer

Boys session - 3:00 - 4:30pm

Delivered by experienced and qualified coaches, our weekly boys’ sessions are designed to develop all-round athletic ability.

Each session includes a structured mix of boxing, football, dodgeball, speed and agility courses, and team-based challenges such as tug of war.

Sessions are split into 20-minute blocks to keep the boys engaged and focused. Activities are varied weekly to ensure training remains fresh, enjoyable, and never repetitive, helping the boys stay motivated and constantly progressing.


Girls session - 3:00 - 4:30pm

“Our girls-only sessions, led by a qualified Muay Thai coach, focus on building agility, fitness, and confidence through dynamic drills, including hurdle work and high-energy movement to keep every girl active and engaged.”
