About Us

Youth Performance Training is a fun, engaging, and energetic outdoor fitness programme for children and teenagers aged 6 to 16.

Our sessions are designed to help young people stay active, build confidence, improve physical ability, and enjoy exercise in a positive and supportive environment. We believe that physical activity should be exciting, encouraging, and accessible for every child, regardless of their starting point or ability level.

At Youth Performance Training, we combine structured movement with enjoyable games and challenges to create sessions that are both effective and fun. Children take part in activities that help develop important physical and personal skills, including coordination, balance, speed, agility, reaction time, teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence.

Our goal is simple: to create a space where children can move, learn, grow, and have fun. We want every child to leave each session feeling proud of themselves, full of energy, and excited to come back again.

Who Can Join

Our sessions are open to boys and girls aged 6 to 16. Children of different fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
